I want it to be more personal (pictures of me, food I eat, how I’m feeling etc). It’s something I always find difficult (writing personal things that is), but I need to do it in order to make my blog worth reading, and also for my sake!
Want hot abs? Try this P90X2 move with a medicine ball. Your obliques will thank you. If you don’t have a medicine ball you can use a towel, but this exercise is way more effective with the weighted ball or one of those big balance balls. The most important thing is that you keep your arms lifted up.
Simply move your stretched out arms from side to side while keeping your hands above your head with your legs firmly planted in the same spot. 10 Reps.
You can alternate this move by twisting your weight-free leg into the direction of the ball.
